In Massachusetts, this is a misdemeanor offense punishable by up to 2 years in the House of Correction. Leaving The Scene Of Property Damage: (1) knowingly colliding with the property of another; (2) causing injury or damage to the property; (3) and leaving the scene of the damage; (4) without making his name, residence and vehicle registration known to the injured party. In Massachusetts, this is a misdemeanor offense punishable by up to 2 years in the House of Correction. Operating With A Suspended Or Revoked License: (1) operation of a motor vehicle; (2) while the right to operate was suspended or revoked; (3) after receiving notice of the suspension or revocation from the Registry of Motor Vehicles. In Massachusetts, this is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 10 days in the House of Correction. A subsequent offense is punishable by up to 1 year in the House of Correction. A subsequent offense carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 60 days in the House of Correction.
